Welcome To My Blog

Hello!  Welcome to Starkie Fitness, this blog will be all about my life as a pre-qualified personal trainer who is currently on my own weight loss transformation. So I have decided to put my journey online to motivate and inspire other people on their own weight loss journeys.  I will be posting things like: - Meals Plans - My diet - Workout plans - Tips & Tricks  - My favorite exercises  - Challenges I've done  - Why I started  - My own progress  I started my weight loss journey in May 2018 when I sighed up to do the race for life but knew I was in no shape to do so. So I decided to join the gym, and I didn't really have an idea of what to do. I and my friend saw a poster for a weight loss boot camp and we decided to give it a go and that is how I met my personal trainer.  I've been training with my personal trainer Adam for 6 months now, I've lost just under 3 stone by following a low carb diet while also attending boot camp 3 mornings a week and
